Durable vs dry-run
Prefer persisted scenario runs for underwriting decisions. Dry-run matrix helpers are for exploration. Selected runs are what you promote onto the deal.

Projection tools can target a scenario run so IRR and equity views line up with the financing and strategy cell you care about.
Applicability
Scenario grids respect financing profile allowlists and build-type or builder constraints. Assistants get the filtered matrix, not a noisy cartesian product.
