Before you recommend
When revisiting a lead, read comments and observations first so recommendations don’t contradict work already on the record.
Estimates belong somewhere
If a number is an estimate, say so in an observation or raw defaults. Don’t silently promote it to a verified money field.
Human + AI authors
Agent comments document underwrite rationale. User comments capture desk judgment. Together they replace scrolling up in the chat.
